To prepare pennyroyal brandy you need 1 bunch of pennyroyal with an intense smell and a bottle of brandy.

Preparation:

1. Place the sprig of pennyroyal inside the brandy jar and cover tightly.
2. Reserve several months until is green.
3. strain the brandy and throw the branch away.
4. This is great as a digestive and for flavoring cakes.
